We are pleased you have selected us to care for your dental needs. We will need you to complete our Medical – Dental History form along with other forms in order to provide you with the highest quality dental care in a very gentle, efficient, and caring manner. During your initial visit, we will conduct a thorough examination. This examination will include any necessary X-rays and other diagnostic aids to help us make an accurate diagnosis of the condition of your oral health. In most instances, during this initial exam, we will determine your dental needs and then discuss the suggested treatment with you, as well as answer any questions you may have. At the conclusion of the initial visit, we will schedule any necessary treatment.

For patients with more complex dental needs, we will schedule a second appointment to review the various options that are available. This gives us ample time between appointments to thoroughly analyze your case and develop the options for you. Additionally, we can then review the options together and answer questions you may have without being rushed. We have found this approach really helps patients with complex dental needs to not only better understand their condition but also decide which solution best fits their circumstances.
